Does the software support Swiss QR-Bill? expand_more
Yes, Lema generates QR-bills compliant with SIX Group v2.3 standard. It supports both QRR references (27 digits with MOD10 check digit, requires QR-IBAN) and SCOR references (ISO 11649, with standard IBAN). The reference is generated automatically upon invoice confirmation and enables 100% bank reconciliation.

How does document transformation work? expand_more
You can transform a quote into an order, then a delivery note and finally an invoice with one click. All data is automatically copied and documents remain linked in the history.
How does document traceability work? expand_more
Every document receives a unique sequential code (e.g. INV-2026-0001) that cannot be modified or deleted. After confirmation, the document becomes immutable: client data, prices and VAT rates are frozen. Cancellation is always tracked and generates a new PDF version automatically archived.

Yes, Lema works completely offline. Data is saved locally on your computer and syncs when you're back online.
