Which file formats are supported? expand_more
CSV (comma-separated values), XLS (Excel 97-2003) and XLSX (modern Excel). Any spreadsheet can be imported.
Is AI required for importing? expand_more
No. The system auto-detects tables and maps columns even without AI. AI improves mapping accuracy, especially with non-standard column names.
Can I import multiple linked files? expand_more
Yes! This is the key feature. For example: a file with contacts and a file with deadlines referencing those contacts by name. The system resolves references automatically.
How does contact reconciliation work? expand_more
Before importing, the system compares names in the file with existing contacts using a fuzzy matching algorithm (Dice coefficient). You can choose case by case whether to link to an existing contact or create a new one.
What if my file has different column names? expand_more
No problem. AI analyzes column contents (not just names) to understand what they contain. 'Company Name', 'Azienda', 'Firma', 'Entreprise' are all recognized as company name.
