How do I create an audience? expand_more
Go to Marketing → Audiences and click 'New audience'. You can filter by contact groups, minimum revenue, cities or months of inactivity. AI can also create audiences from a text description.
What format do I write emails in? expand_more
Markdown. The editor has a full toolbar with preview. On send, content is converted to HTML and wrapped in the email template with your logo and company footer.
How does unsubscribe work? expand_more
Every email contains a signed unsubscribe link and RFC 8058 headers for the native 'Unsubscribe' button in email clients. Unsubscribed contacts are automatically excluded from future campaigns.
Can I use the portal newsletter? expand_more
Yes, your company portal includes a public signup page. Visitors enter their name and email, and are automatically added to the Newsletter group in your contacts database.
What does revenue attribution measure? expand_more
It links invoices created by campaign recipients within 14 days of sending. So you can see the direct economic return of your email campaigns.
