How do I activate the portal? expand_more

Go to Settings > Portal and configure the slug (the identifier in the URL). From that moment, the portal will be online and you can start inviting contacts.

How do I invite a contact? expand_more

Open the contact page and in the sidebar you'll find the 'Portal' card. If the contact has an email, click 'Send portal invitation'. They'll receive an email with a registration link.

What does the contact see on the portal? expand_more

Phase 1: company public page, login/registration and personal dashboard. Coming soon: invoices, quotes, self-service leave requests and timesheets.

Is the portal data separate from the management system? expand_more

Yes, completely. Portal users have separate accounts with dedicated JWT tokens. They cannot access the management system and vice versa.

Can I see who has registered? expand_more

Yes, from the contact page the status badge shows whether the contact is verified, registered, invited or not yet invited.
