Do respondents need an account? expand_more
No. A name is enough; email is optional unless you make it required to notify everyone when you confirm the date.
Can someone change another person's answers? expand_more
No. Everyone edits their own answers from the same device or their personal link. If someone answers with an email that is already in the poll, Lema overwrites nothing and sends the personal link to the owner of that email.
What happens when I confirm the date? expand_more
Lema creates an event on the chosen date: those who said yes are registered and receive a confirmation with a calendar file, those who said maybe receive an invitation. From there you manage registrations, reminders and check-in.
Can I use it for internal and client meetings? expand_more
Yes: project meetings, team dinners, appointments with several people, courses or general meetings. You can invite single contacts or a whole audience.
Is it included in the price? expand_more
